For our first session I recommend booking a two hour appointment - it gives us time to talk before we begin playing, and I find that taking this time to get to know each other and create some familiarity and trust enormously improves the quality of the subsequent encounter. This is as much a psychological and emotional activity as a physical one - I'm not interested in a "wham bam, spank you ma'am" experience, but in creating a genuine mental connection.
